How to use:
1. Submerge the sharpening stone completely in water and let it soak until no more bubbles rise (approx. 5-10 minutes).
2. Place the sharpening stone with the rubber base on a stable surface.
3. Use the coarse side of the sharpening stone for the initial sharpening. Gently move the blade back and forth at an angle of 10-30 degrees. Start at the tip of the blade, work through the middle, and finish at the handle. Continuously apply water during sharpening. Repeat this step on the opposite side of the blade.
4. Flip the sharpening stone over. Repeat the sharpening process on the finer grit for fine sharpening.
5. Clean the sharpening stone set and let it dry in a well-ventilated place.

Important Note:

It is crucial that the stones and the bamboo base are thoroughly dried after use and before storage. The stones absorb some water after use and should drip dry before being put away. Make sure that the stones and the bamboo base are always completely dry before storing them.
