How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and strive to respond within 24 hours.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Once an order has been placed, the delivery address generally cannot be changed, as our warehouse team begins processing within 1-5 business days.
If you still wish to change the address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@voltyx.de with your name and order number.
We will try to update the address before shipping. However, please note that there is no guarantee if the order has already been processed or shipped.
What is the processing time?
We strive to process your order and prepare it for shipment within 1-5 business days.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, but during peak times (e.g., promotions or holidays), delays may occur.
General delivery information
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). We ship to Germany with DHL and to the USA with USPS. Processing takes 1-5 business days, and subsequent delivery also takes 1-5 business days – therefore, the total delivery time (processing + shipping) is usually 2-10 business days. Thank you for your patience while we pack and ship your order.
Will my entire order be delivered in one package?
Depending on the order volume and product warehouse locations, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, which may arrive 1-2 days apart.
Sold out items / backorders
If an item is sold out, you will receive an email notification from us.
If the item is not expected to be available again within two weeks, the amount will be automatically refunded.
I received a damaged item – what should I do?
We are sorry if your order did not arrive in perfect condition.
Please contact us at info@voltyx.de with your name, order number, and a photo of the item so we can help you as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order via Track Order in the menu or footer of our website.
Enter your tracking number there to see the status. Our team will be happy to help you with any questions.
My tracking number isn't working – what does that mean?
In some cases, tracking only becomes active when the package arrives in the destination country.
If your tracking number is not working, please contact us – we will check the status with the shipping provider.
How long does it take in total to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (orders placed before 00:00 GMT).
Delivery then takes another 1-5 business days.
You can therefore expect delivery within 2-10 business days of ordering.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
We work with Deutsche Post and other reliable shipping partners, depending on the product and delivery address.
Can I return my product?
Yes, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt.
Contact us at info@voltyx.de and we will send you a return form that you must print, complete, and include with your return.
Please note:
- The return costs are borne by the customer
- Exception: For incorrectly delivered or damaged goods, we will cover the return costs and send you a free return label by email
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and securely packed
- Returns without prior contact will not be accepted
What are the requirements for the condition of goods for returns?
All products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
