Instructions for use:

4. Turn on the EMS Body Shaper.
5. Adjust the intensity with "ON" and "OFF" and select the desired mode via "PROGRAM".
6. Train a different muscle group than the one the pad is attached to for approximately 20-30 minutes (the training is as effective as an hour in the gym).
