Our slicer is excellent for most large or medium-sized fruits and vegetables up to 9.5 cm (3.74 inches) in diameter. Ideal for apples, pears, and even onions or potatoes!
Can I use it for hard fruits like guavas?
While the 304 stainless steel blades are extremely sharp, we do not recommend using it on very hard fruits like guavas or fruits with large, hard pits, as this could create excessive pressure and deform the blades over time.
How do I safely clean the slicer?
The slicer is 100% dishwasher safe. For hand washing, simply rinse it immediately with warm soapy water. Please be careful with the ultra-sharp blades when cleaning by hand!
