Application:
STEP ONE
Gently run the applicator tip over the surface of the pressed cream eyeliner.
Note: Avoid dipping the eyeliner too deeply or pressing it in, as this will pick up too much product. Our firm, balm-like formula is designed to coat the applicator tip easily and evenly as it glides across the surface.
